Project 365 - March 6, 2021

 Orange Sherbet Skies

Woke up a bit earlier today and Greg and I walked at 6:30 am.  The skies were sort of gray when we left the house. However, halfway through our walk, we had to stop and take photos because the skies were changing so rapidly. At this one point, the colors were so vibrant. This one reminded me of orange sherbet.

 A Walk Alone

On Monday, Greg wasn't able to join me on our morning walk because he had a plumbing issue to deal with in his house. So I took the opportunity to take my time and really take a good look around on my walk.

I got up close and personal with nature and I wasn't disappointed in the results! I love the last photo because I was able to get the reflection of the moon in the lake. Since I couldn't decide on one photo, I just decided that I would post them all!

Project 365 - March 4, 2021

Upside-Down

The best time to photograph Newt is when he is in his own zone. He is there quite a bit!

Today, I was heading upstairs after eating dinner and I found him inside his toy.  I didn’t want to distract him because he usually thinks he is getting food and then I lose the opportunity to make a photo.

So, I stood at a weird angle, leaning upside down to take this image without disturbing Newt’s deep thoughts.

Of course the minute I took this image he scooted out and started meowing because he thought it was dinner time, again!
